The rubber hose is composed of a liquid resistant synthetic rubber inner layer, a middle rubber layer, a I or II or III layer of steel wire woven reinforcement layer, and a weather resistant synthetic rubber outer layer.
application
Mainly used for hydraulic supports in mines and oil field exploitation, suitable for engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and various industrial sectors in mechanized and automated hydraulic systems to transport petroleum based liquids (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) with certain pressure and temperature, water-based liquids (such as emulsions, oil-water emulsions, water), gases, and liquid transmission.
Working temperature: -40℃-+100℃

Product features:
1. The rubber hose is made of special synthetic rubber, which has excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance.
2. The rubber hose has high pressure bearing capacity and superior pulse performance.
3. The pipe body is tightly bonded, soft to use, and has minimal deformation under pressure
4. The rubber hose has excellent resistance to bending and fatigue.
5. The fixed length of the steel wire wrapped hose is 20 meters, and it can be made up to 50 meters according to requirements.
