Within the specified range, due to the instability of the diameter and outer diameter of the frame of the large-diameter high-pressure rubber hose, the vibration scale exceeded the agreed limits, making it difficult to ensure the balance of joint strength and the quality of the rubber hose components. In the production of rubber hose components, it is necessary to strictly check whether the inner and outer diameters of the structural layer meet the requirements.

In large-diameter high-pressure rubber hoses, the presence of a rubber layer and the influence of the seam width between the structural layers of the quality inspection center for large-diameter high-pressure rubber hoses greatly reduce the thickness difference of the pipe wall. If the wall thickness error exceeds the allowable range, it will affect the sealing and tensile strength of the hose component, and even cause deviation in the hose joint (inclined head). Therefore, when conducting quality inspection on large-diameter high-pressure rubber hoses, wall thickness errors should be strictly controlled. In general, pipes larger than 0.5 millimeters should be strictly selected.

High quality large-diameter high-pressure hose should have excellent integrity, that is, the large-diameter high-pressure hose should have high adhesion in each layer of the structure, and good adhesion between each layer. Applicable to various technical requirements during the connection of equipment and fastening process, ensuring the high voltage and electrical quality inspection requirements for the installation of rubber hoses. Therefore, it is necessary to control the adhesive strength between each layer of the hose to not be lower than the technical standard, and choose high viscosity adhesive as the hose component.

The appearance quality of large-diameter high-pressure rubber hoses cannot be ignored. Not only does it affect the appearance quality of large-diameter high-pressure hose components, but it also affects their quality of use. When bubbles, pores, or mechanical damage occur in rubber, its skeleton and framework will be corroded, and the shrinkage strength of the rubber hose will be reduced, directly affecting the service life of the rubber hose components and even causing malfunctions. So, it is important to pay attention to the appearance quality of the hose and eliminate any visual defects that may affect quality inspection.
