Hydraulic hose assembly refers to a type of cargo conveying pipeline composed of inner hose, reinforcement layer, and outer hose, usually used in high-pressure liquid conveying systems. The selection of inner hose can withstand the characteristics and strength of the conveying medium, the reinforcement layer plays a role in enhancing the compressive strength of the hose, and the outer hose has a protective and protective effect. Hydraulic hose assemblies can be used in many fields such as engineering machinery, automobiles, petrochemicals, metallurgy, mining, forestry, and ships.

Work Pressure (WP)
The maximum working pressure at which the hose assembly can ensure the normal operation of the system under specified usage conditions.

The test pressure that exceeds the maximum rated pressure without causing permanent deformation, damage, or failure is generally maintained at twice the maximum working pressure for 30-60 seconds without leakage or pressure drop.

Leakage test pressure
The pressure at which the fluid flows through the hose assembly without performing any work is generally 70% of the minimum burst pressure.

Burst pressure (BP)
The minimum pressure that a hose assembly can withstand that can cause damage to the hose assembly and liquid overflow (at least 4WP).

Bending radius
It refers to the bending radius that a hose can withstand without affecting its lifespan, the bending radius that a hose can withstand without leakage, distortion, or rupture, and the minimum straight length of the transition between the hose and the joint ≥ 1.5 times the outer diameter of the hose.

Space angle of hose assembly
The angle between the projection of the centerline of the two bent joints of the hose assembly on the cross-section of the hose.

Pulse test pressure
The specified pressure (usually 1.33 times the average pressure) for pulse fatigue testing of soft assemblies.
