How to use metal hoses in chemical plants
The usage environment of metal hoses is well-known, and the static vibration of rotating equipment in pipelines can easily occur between pipelines and commonly needed products. The connection between pipelines and reaction equipment often uses the quick release coupling of metal hoses, or sometimes several hoses are used together! There are two types of connections: flange connection, joint connection, commonly used small metal hose threaded and quick connector connection, and commonly used large-diameter flange metal hose.
Flexible metal hose pitch. Metal hoses are resistant to rodent bites, have good wear resistance, and prevent internal wire wear. Metal hoses are soft, repeatedly bent, and have good elasticity. Metal hoses have good flexibility, no blockage, and rigidity. Metal hoses are lightweight and have consistent diameters. Metal hoses have strong bending resistance, tensile strength, and high lateral pressure resistance. Metal hoses are corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant.
316 stainless steel 18K-12Ni-2.5Mo has excellent corrosion resistance, atmospheric corrosion resistance, and high-temperature strength due to the addition of Mucun, and can be used under harsh conditions. Excellent work hardening performance (non magnetic).
304 stainless steel is a universal stainless steel material with better rust prevention performance than the 200 series stainless steel material. It also has good high temperature resistance, up to 1000-1200 degrees. 304 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance. The experimental results show that 304 stainless steel has strong corrosion resistance at nitric acid concentration, and its concentration is less than 65% at boiling temperature. It also has good corrosion resistance to alkaline solutions and most organic and inorganic acids.
